Strawberry Cashew Oatmeal

Serves 1
cup gluten-free oats
1 cup water or dairy-free milk
¼ cup of toasted cashews
1 scoop plant-based protein powder
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Add all the ingredients to a small pot over medium heat. Mix well and stir for about 5 minutes until creamy. Serve immediately.
