I understand exactly where you are because I've been there.
By my late thirties, I was carrying an extra 50 pounds and felt completely disconnected from the vibrant woman I used to be. Between family obligations, work demands, and putting everyone else's needs first, I was exhausted, achy, and avoiding cameras at family gatherings.
After a hysterectomy at 38 due to cancer, the weight gain and hormonal challenges became even more overwhelming. I felt like my body had betrayed me. The turning point came when I realised sugar and processed foods were at the root of my struggles.
