Roasted Sweet Potato

Serves 3

• 4 large sweet potatoes

• Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Place 4 sweet potatoes onto a baking pan. Place in the oven and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. You know the sweet potatoes are done when you can prick the center with a fork or knife without resistance.
