Raw Breakfast Cookie Dough

Serves 4
3 tablespoons gluten-free oats
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground flax
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoons sunflower butter, unsweetened
2 teaspoons dairy-free dark chocolate chips
1 pinch sea salt
1 tablespoon dairy-free milk
Add all ingredients to a serving bowl and stir until a dough forms. Add more dairy-free milk if desired. Enjoy!
