Serves 5

  • 3/4 cup dairy-free milk

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 banana, frozen

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup kale, chopped

  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder

  • handful of ice cubes (optional)


Add all the ingredients in the order they are listed (except ice). Blend until smooth. If you want your smoothie to be colder, add the ice and blend again.
